At Jolie Robe, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a hassle-free return and cancellation policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a sizing issue, a change of mind, or a defect in the product.We dont accept returns for customized orders.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.Our customer service email is cs@jolierobe.in
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition with all tags attached. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you can still return the item following our return policy guidelines.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
